New Drill's Increased Coolant Flow Leads to Higher Penetration Rates and Longer Tool Life

Allied Machine & Engineering's GEN3SYS® XT Pro drill improves chip evacuation with increased coolant at the cutting zone to allow inserts to stay cool and achieve longer tool life.

The increased coolant flow allows the tool to achieve maximum penetration rates, which can help increase your throughput. XT Pro material-specific inserts combine substrate, coating, and geometry to achieve optimal results in different ISO material classes.

GEN3SYS XT Pro ISO-specific inserts are available in material classes P (steels), K (cast iron), and N (nonferrous).

The GEN3SYS XT Pro ranges from 0.4331" - 1.3780" (11.00 mm - 35.00 mm), and is available up to 12xD in the 11 - 26 holder series (0.4331" - 1.1416" [11.00 mm - 28.99 mm]).

According to the company, the GEN3SYS® XT geometry provides the lowest cost per hole among high penetration drill lines.
